I led the end to end delivery of JorgeCastro.AI, a full-stack generative AI SaaS platform. From initial scoping and SOW definition through product launch and ongoing iteration, I owned the roadmap, wrote requirements, coordinated the development team, and made the prioritisation calls under pressure on what shipped when. The platform now generates $25,000 MRR across the Nordic market and was nominated for the European Search Awards 2026. It spans 32 plus features covering AI content generation, bulk production pipelines, LLM visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity, and competitive intelligence. That is what end to end product leadership looks like in practice.

I also led Skimming AI from zero to 100K+ active users, guided agile sprints, and coordinated launches across dashboard, Chrome extension, Android app, and a 41+ endpoint developer API. I also scoped and delivered AgentStack in 14 weeks, and drove delivery outcomes for WSE Developers across 140+ properties—cutting response times to ~45 seconds—while generating over $200,000 in new business revenue in 2025. My approach blends hands-on product ownership with enterprise consulting experience from Incendium (Meta, GSK).
