I designed and delivered an Agentic AI tool using SDLC and ADLC frameworks and scalable data pipelines, projected to generate £1m+ annual ad-hoc sales and reduce recurring hiring costs at TPG Ltd. I also implemented AI-driven process improvements to close tracking gaps, achieving £150K annual savings and boosting efficiency and satisfaction by 20%+—and I secured, stabilised, and scaled a big data web platform at Bain, growing case team usage from a handful to 200+ per month.

I focus on bridging business and technology with strong governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. At LSEG, I delivered a bespoke IT Financial Management & Cost Optimisation Tool, realising an immediate £10m saving and forecasting £60m in group-wide efficiencies, and I recruited and led a 20-member cross-functional team to deploy production-ready application suites for global cost control, asset optimisation, and real-time ROI analysis. I’m now contributing to Waystation, helping IT professionals and organisations through career enablement and AI-driven matching, while coaching leaders and teams in agile delivery and Human-in-the-Loop execution.
