I'm looking to lead Agile delivery for technically complex SaaS, AI, web, or mobile products, partnering with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders to turn clear requirements into reliable releases.

At Trivsys Technologies, I lead Agile delivery for a 9-module multi-tenant SaaS ERP, an Internal CRM, and an AI Calling Agent. I take products from requirements and sprint planning through UAT and production release with developers, UI/UX designers, and QA.

Previously at Appearls Technology, I managed end-to-end delivery across 20+ concurrent web, mobile, and software projects for clients in the UK, UAE, and US. I delivered a custom lead-management dashboard in eight working days against a 16-day deadline, completing development, QA, deployment, and client sign-off 50% ahead of schedule.

I began as a developer, so I can work directly with engineering teams on architecture, feasibility, risks, integrations, and estimates. My technical foundation includes PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, WordPress, Shopify, and AI-enabled automation tools.

I use structured discovery, proactive risk escalation, clear stakeholder communication, and AI-assisted workflows to help teams focus on building rather than chasing clarity. I’ve also coached junior developers and introduced requirements and feasibility standards that reduced mid-project rework and escalations.
