What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Site Reliability Engineer role in IT and software development where I can improve system reliability, automate operational work, strengthen production monitoring, and help teams resolve incidents quickly.

At CGI, I monitor and maintain more than 200 enterprise retail banking applications, using Dynatrace and BigPanda to detect production issues and protect availability.

I manage P1–P4 incidents through ServiceNow, lead cross-functional bridge calls, troubleshoot critical failures, and document root causes to improve resolution time. I also support IBM Mainframe batch workloads and critical End-of-Day and Start-of-Day processing using IBM BlueZone and UCC7.

I've automated recovery for Apache and WebSphere services with Ansible, managed OpenShift pods, and monitored Apache Kafka pipelines. Through AWS serverless and cloud application projects, I've also built file-tracking workflows and deployed a social media platform using services including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, and Elastic Beanstalk.
