My observability work is deep and practical—I’ve authored Datadog monitors, dashboards, and Notebooks from scratch. I also built automated remediation and self-healing workflows using Datadog APIs and Terraform, reducing MTTR by ~35% and cutting alert noise by ~50%.
On the platform side, I design for resilience: AWS Disaster Recovery planning and multi-region exercises, with validation of RTO/RPO targets through Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). I also run disciplined incident operations—writing runbooks, maintaining Confluence documentation, and leading blameless postmortems to drive measurable reliability improvements.
