At SS&C Intralinks, I support customer-facing SaaS products for global financial services clients across AWS and on-premises environments. I handle production incident triage, root cause analysis, and reusable runbooks, and troubleshoot document archive workflows in Argo Workflows.

I also developed Bash automation for operational checks and built JMeter-based synthetic monitoring for critical APIs. Previously, at Wipro Limited on the Apple Project, I supported AWS environments and worked with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
