At Plutus Andromeda Group, I currently serve as the Head of Marketing & Sales, overseeing the marketing department and developing and executing marketing strategies. I strongly focus on evaluating and developing marketing plans, coordinating marketing efforts, and researching demand for our products and services. I also work closely with the sales department to develop pricing strategies and identify potential customers.
Before my current role, I was the Head of Marketing & Sales at Future Business Consulting, where I promoted existing brands and introduced new products to the market. I was responsible for analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, and ensuring the sales team met their quotas and goals.
