At Core Group, I manage daily operations for online stores across African markets, including iStore storefronts and the Apple Reseller Program. I optimize product listings, site journeys, and checkout experiences using Shopify and customer behavior data.

I coordinate courier relationships and work with supply chain teams to support order fulfillment and stock availability. I also manage digital campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, and email, using Brevo for campaigns and automation.

At Dermalogica South Africa, I managed the Dermalogica SA and Cavi online stores as they moved from Magento to Shopify. I worked across e-commerce, warehouse, marketing, customer service, and finance, and produced regular sales and customer service reports.
