What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a structured corporate environment where I can proactively monitor networks and endpoints, troubleshoot to minimize downtime, enforce cybersecurity controls, and keep systems stable, secure, and audit-ready.

IT Operations & Systems Support Specialist with hands-on experience keeping infrastructure, systems & end users running smoothly. My core strength is bridging the gap between complex technical systems & the people who depend on them daily. I'm equally comfortable troubleshooting a system issue, managing cloud infrastructure, or explaining a fix in plain terms to a non-technical stakeholder.

Alongside my IT career, I design & ship full production websites for businesses using development tools to move fast, paired with hands-on ownership of the full stack.
