I'm looking to lead high-touch client or guest experiences, develop teams, and build service standards in an environment that values relationship-driven service, operational excellence, and revenue growth.

I founded The Self Tape Studio and grew it from zero to more than 1,000 active clients, delivering 30 to 50% year-over-year revenue growth without paid marketing. I own the client journey from inquiry and onboarding through delivery, follow-up, and retention.

At Miku Restaurants, I helped open the Vancouver and Toronto flagship locations, trained incoming staff, and set service standards for VIP, high-net-worth, and high-profile guests. I consistently exceeded upsell targets by building genuine rapport and tailoring recommendations to each guest.

I currently serve at Michelin Guide-recognized Mimi Chinese Restaurant, where I rank among the top nightly sales performers and build relationships that drive repeat visits and referrals. I also support Jesse Griffiths Casting as a primary contact for talent and clients during high-volume audition sessions.
