Member of the startup team at Niseko’s newest and most exclusive Ryokan, responsible for the bar and restaurant training plan. Frontline operations at one of Japan’s most historic Ryokan, responsible for all international guest communication.

Responsible for all guest facing aspects, from quotations, vendor management and tour guiding. Editorial and design for the guide book for the Nozawa Onsen region, working with advertising partners and the digitisation project.
