What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use customer support, communication, problem-solving, and administrative skills to streamline processes, support team success, and continue growing in a high-performance environment.

I'm currently resolving customer queries across calls, chats, and emails at Sutherland in Alexandria, achieving an average 80% daily query resolution rate, a 90% resolve rate, and all monthly performance targets.

Previously, I supported Vodafone UK customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, pursuing sales targets, and performing effectively in high-pressure environments.

At Partners Outsourcing Solutions, I conducted outbound DME sales calls and consistently exceeded monthly targets. I was promoted to Closer, where I finalized deals, addressed objections, negotiated terms, and supported the floor and call quality assurance when needed.
