I’m looking for a role where I can lead HRIS/HR digital transformation—owning migrations, integrations, and adoption—while partnering with stakeholders on process redesign and measurable outcomes for operational efficiency and workforce planning.

I’m an HR Tech professional with 20+ years focused on digital transformation, HRIS implementation, and HR system integration. I delivered a cloud-based unified HRMIS for the public sector and support technology adoption through practical change management.

As HRMIS Project Manager, HRIT Manager, and Deputy IT Director at the Civil Service Bureau, I led a cross-functional team to develop and implement a unified cloud-based HRMIS and Payroll system for all public sector entities. I aligned stakeholders, managed requirements across departments, assessed readiness and gaps, and designed tailored training programs for key users.

In the USAID HRH2030 environment, I optimized HR system workflows, supported migration of 55,000+ employee records into a unified HRMIS, and strengthened data integrity for healthcare service delivery. I also participated in implementation, testing, and training for WHO’s WISN workforce planning tool, combining technical delivery with user enablement.

I bring a hands-on, delivery-first mindset—starting with data quality and integration, then moving through testing, process transition, and KPI-focused reporting. Currently, I lead digital transition initiatives to expand digital presence, automate operations, and convert legacy archives into structured digital assets; I’m also Scrum Master and Oracle Fusion HCM certified.
