I’m an HR Tech professional with 20+ years focused on digital transformation, HRIS implementation, and HR system integration. I delivered a cloud-based unified HRMIS for the public sector and support technology adoption through practical change management.
As HRMIS Project Manager, HRIT Manager, and Deputy IT Director at the Civil Service Bureau, I led a cross-functional team to develop and implement a unified cloud-based HRMIS and Payroll system for all public sector entities. In the USAID HRH2030 environment, I optimized HR system workflows, supported migration of 55,000+ employee records into a unified HRMIS, and strengthened data integrity for healthcare service delivery.
