Mohammed Azzam
@mohammedazzam
I transform government services into practical digital solutions that improve adoption and outcomes with more 13 years UAE government experiences
What I'm looking for
I've led business analysis and digital transformation for Abu Dhabi's Department of Municipalities and Transport, redesigning government services across municipal, property, commercial, asset management, and regulatory domains.
I led transformation of a government correspondence service connecting around 200 government entities and 1,000 private-sector organizations, supporting 7,000+ users and 250,000+ digital correspondences while reducing paper-based correspondence and printing by more than 95%. I also resolved issues in a digital rental-contract service, reducing related customer visits to zero within one month.
Today, I consult on public-sector digital transformation and train government employees on turning traditional services into digital services. I translate stakeholder needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, To-Be processes, UAT, migration plans, and practical implementation approaches.
