Working as a business partner assigned to electric factories at alfanar Industrial City. Created visual dashboards using PowerBI to track team performance and monitor KPIs, led governance framework projects across multiple subsidiaries, and handled HRBP tasks for 240 staff including performance, leavers, onboarding, and compensation management.

Working in the Managed Services business unit, handling large volumes of requests across the region. Spearheaded an automation project using Power Automate to standardize and streamline recurring processes, reducing manual reconciliations and improving data accuracy, and performed HC operations tasks in payroll and offboarding for the Middle East region.

Part of the project management team tasked with building a technology center of excellence. Designed and executed a recruitment strategy that generated $26,000 in monthly staffing fee savings, oversaw end-to-end onboarding for new hires, coordinated daily operations between HR, PMO, and global recruitment teams, and acted as primary liaison with external partners and recruitment agencies.
