What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote Operations Specialist or Virtual Assistant role where I can build and optimize operational systems, SOPs, and tracking dashboards. I thrive in async environments, taking ownership of workflows, driving data accuracy, and leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and speed up documentation.

I’m an Operations Specialist with 3+ years designing workflows and building operational systems across manufacturing, automotive service, distribution, and hospitality. I focus on turning manual processes into structured SOPs, clear documentation, and dependable day-to-day execution.

In my current role, I designed and built a centralized Excel tracking system from scratch—covering raw materials, production usage, finished goods, purchasing, and operational expenses—replacing fragmented reporting. I also run daily quality inspections and maintain inventory and purchasing records with zero discrepancies while using AI tools to speed up workflow planning and documentation.

Previously, I built a standardized vehicle intake workflow that improved operational risk control and quality-check sign-off. I also created a digital inventory system for 200+ items, lifting order accuracy from 85% to 98%, and served as the primary operational point of contact for 100+ customers.
