At Samir Group, I lead IT infrastructure, security, and digital operations across a multi-entity group. I deployed a private Azure OpenAI service and led delivery of internal AI assistants and automated workflows.
I also directed in-house platforms, including a Network Operations Centre portal and secure access tools. I oversee cloud and identity services, and direct incident response and forensic investigations.
Previously, I managed IT operations at Kasr Napoli for Pastry Production and Retail across 13+ remote locations, and designed and deployed digital infrastructure for E7kky Festival. I also helped deliver a Ministry of Finance datacenter migration, coordinating a team of 15 engineers.
