I’m a Senior System Administrator with 6+ years managing IT infrastructure, network security, and virtualization. In my current role at Adeer international Egypt, I monitor performance, manage Active Directory users and permissions, and ensure system reliability and uptime.

I coordinate firewall and network support to protect against breaches and viruses, while implementing risk mitigation and disaster recovery procedures. I also handle remote troubleshooting and ERP support, and I deploy and manage AWS/Azure workloads for improved scalability, including VMs, storage, IAM/security, monitoring, and backups.

I modernize operations with Docker and Kubernetes, build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI/CD, and automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. I maintain strong visibility through Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, with a practical focus on security, stability, and scalable delivery.
