What I'm looking for

I want to grow from storage technical support into a Cloud Engineer role. I’m looking for teams that value clear diagnostics, continuous learning, and innovative IT solutions—where I can help protect uptime and data while expanding my cloud expertise.

I’m a Storage Technical Support Engineer at DELL Technologies, dedicated to delivering fast, accurate support for enterprise-level storage environments. I focus on diagnosing complex issues, identifying root causes, and restoring service while protecting data integrity, security, and high availability.

In my day-to-day work, I analyze system logs to proactively prevent potential issues and evaluate multiple solutions before choosing the most effective path. I also guide users step-by-step, document resolutions clearly, and communicate with customers in a calm, effective way—built on patience and empathy.

Before DELL, I worked as an IT Technical Support Specialist and later as an IT Technical Support Specialist at PC-Link. I solved hardware, software, and network problems, investigated user issues end-to-end, monitored system performance, handled help desk ticketing workflows, and escalated unresolved cases to higher-level support when needed.

I’m continuously expanding my expertise—especially in cloud technologies. With hands-on experience and certifications such as Azure AZ-104, VMware, and Red Hat RHCSA, I’m committed to learning new systems, staying current with certifications, and transitioning into a Cloud Engineer role.
