I am a Communications and Electronics Engineer with a passion for technology and problem-solving. Currently, I work as a Technical Support Engineer at Telecom Egypt, where I resolve network issues and provide immediate support to clients through various communication channels. My experience in this role has honed my technical skills and enhanced my ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their IT issues are addressed promptly.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong foundation in network device configuration, system administration, and automation scripting. My technical expertise includes configuring Cisco routers and switches, managing Linux systems, and utilizing tools like Terraform and Jenkins for infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines. I am committed to continuous learning and have completed several courses to further enhance my skills in DevOps and cloud computing.
