I'm currently providing end-user and system-level technical support at Concentrix, resolving hardware, software, Windows, network, and desktop application issues. I work with the Network team on VLAN and PC-related issues and use RDgateway and ZOHO for remote troubleshooting.

I administer Active Directory tasks on Windows Server 2019, including user accounts, organizational units, and Group Policy Objects. I also configure Avaya phones, manage Cisco POE switches, and support domain controllers, Wi-Fi, cabling, Outlook, and equipment inventory.

Previously at Microtech, I installed and integrated IPTV, IP phones, CCTV, sound systems, and fiber-optic infrastructure for the Wadi Al-Natron Prison facility. I coordinated with cross-functional teams and performed troubleshooting and quality assurance to meet project requirements.

Over a decade as a Satcom Engineer with High Capabilities Telecom in Saudi Arabia, I operated VSAT networks and earth stations for government establishments. I've configured Cisco networking equipment, maintained satellite and low-current systems, supported Polycom video conferencing, and mentored junior technicians while reducing troubleshooting time by 30%.
