I am a highly motivated IT Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Tanta University. With over a year of experience, I have developed a strong foundation in networking and cloud technologies, particularly through my recent role at Carta Misr comp. My passion for technology drives me to continuously learn and adapt to new advancements, ensuring that I deliver exceptional technical support and solutions.

In my current position, I conduct network administration tasks, manage Windows server administration, and provide effective help desk support. My internship experience with Orange-Huawei allowed me to collaborate with professional engineers, gaining valuable insights into communication systems and enhancing my teamwork and communication skills. I am proficient in various technical skills, including Azure services, CCNA, CCNP, and Python scripting, which I leverage to troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure effectively.
