I’m looking for an enterprise environment where I can own storage/virtualization support, drive root-cause resolutions, mentor teammates, and keep customer satisfaction high through clear troubleshooting and long-term fixes.

I’m a Technical Support Engineer with 4+ years of enterprise IT support experience at Dell Technologies, specializing in storage infrastructure, virtualization, and troubleshooting complex production environments.

I support customers on Dell EMC Unity storage systems and Dell PowerScale (Isilon) scale-out NAS storage, handling file and block storage challenges, cluster performance, and configuration issues. I perform root cause analysis, collaborate with escalation and engineering teams, and drive long-term fixes through remote sessions and case management tools.

I also mentor new engineers, resolve high-priority incidents, and maintain high customer satisfaction in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Earlier in my career, I delivered customer support for AT&T accounts at Teleperformance and built and automated CNC equipment as a Manufacturing Engineer.
