I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can drive engineering & operations transformations, align multi-stakeholder teams, and deliver telecom and digital programs end-to-end—combining Agile execution with PMO rigor and measurable cost/performance improvements.

I’m an Eng&Ops Director with 20+ years of senior executive experience in TMT, leading operations, engineering, and large-scale transformation projects across Brazil, the United States, and Morocco. In my current role, I lead Eng&Ops teams supporting MVNE/A/O, IP and optical network, and two NOC/SOC 24/7 operations.

I standardize shift schedules to comply with labor regulations and implemented a WFM platform integrated with the fleet—driving a 5% reduction in workforce budget and a 10% reduction in fleet rental contracts. I’ve delivered major initiatives including the first national roaming connection project, dualpath private networks, and optical projects for hyperscalers and Big Tech, while also shaping initial multi-vendor ecosystem strategy; previously, I oversaw Oi and V.tal separation, managing the division of 400,000 km of fiber and delivering the technical scope of an M&A impacting ~40 million subscribers, including setting up the PMO and running regional engineering and operations.
