At SkyBrazil, I led a multidisciplinary development team and managed systems and portals through requirements gathering, implementation, and final approval. I worked with managers and directors across Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, and helped improve release quality through governance and continuous monitoring.
At Eli Lilly, I managed implementation of a new Contract Management system and updates to SAP, Mastersaf DFe, and TaxOne for Brazil’s Tax Reform Program. I coordinated international SAP teams and managed schedules, activities, and project risks.
At NTT Data, I managed the Roaming portfolio for a PMO project at Claro Brazil, covering strategic projects including IoT and a 5G network upgrade. I provided directors and vice presidents with portfolio status reports, dashboards, and presentations, and monitored project schedules, deadlines, and budgets.
Earlier, I managed Agile projects at eComex NSI and Louis Dreyfus Company, and project and operations work at GFT Brazil and Telefónica Brazil. My telecom experience also includes Amdocs OSS and CRM implementations, system integration, migration, and operations.
