What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-preferred opportunities, and I’m open to suitable hybrid and part-time roles. I’m available on weekdays from 15:00 onwards and on weekends.

At RUBIBLUE (PTY) LTD, I manage and analyse requirements for a portfolio of 400+ clients. I work with business, development, QA and technical teams to clarify needs and follow up on outstanding issues.

On the RTIA System Enhancement Project, I led discovery workshops for CRM and call-centre enhancements. I helped shape customer-facing functionality, including IVR, multimedia integration, marketing automation and surveys, and assisted with UAT preparation and validation.

At INTELLEHUB (PTY) LTD, I conducted business process analysis and stakeholder workshops across public and private sector projects. I documented functional and non-functional requirements and supported process improvements and organisational change.

Earlier, at AOS, I developed a timesheet system using ASP.NET, C#, MySQL and Azure, and provided first-line technical support. At INSURANCE SETA, I delivered helpdesk support and assisted with system testing and documentation.
