I’m looking for fully remote work where I can drive BPM/workflow improvements, own requirements (BRDs/RTMs), and support platform transitions—using SQL, Power BI, and clear stakeholder collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.

I’m a Business Analyst experienced in supporting BPM, workflow and document management platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText, ServiceNow and Confluence. I combine process mapping and strong requirements documentation (BRDs, PRDs, user stories, UAT, RTMs) with IT/application support experience to help teams deliver what stakeholders actually need.

In my recent roles, I’ve gathered, documented, and analyzed business and functional requirements with cross-functional teams, creating BPMN 2.0 models, DFDs, and ERDs using Lucidchart and draw.io. I also used SQL to validate and extract data for decision support, and I improved support workflows—reducing average call handle time by 30% and increasing first-call resolution by 20% through knowledge base and process optimization.

I work in a way that prioritizes alignment and clarity: workshops, sprint reviews, stakeholder analysis, and traceability matrices help reduce requirement gaps and speed up validation.
