I manage and mentor three Business Analysts while driving Agile delivery through sprint backlog management, planning sessions, user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear scope alignment. I translate complex client workflows into practical TO-BE system configurations and detailed functional requirements.
I've guided payment and API integrations with Pay@ and EasyPay, built custom transactional reports in Excel, and worked calmly with stakeholders during project crises. My work has earned RubiBlue's Employee of the Month award and Team Player Award for the BA and QA departments.
