I’m an Executive Assistant with a strong foundation in administrative support, workflow organization, and business operations. I manage schedules, organize information, maintain documentation, and build efficient systems that help executives save time, stay focused, and make informed decisions.

During my trainee experience at Dornier Academy, I supported operations by conducting inventory counts and verifying aircraft parts to maintain accurate warehouse records. I recorded daily tool issuance and returns using Microsoft Excel, maintained manual inventory documentation for proper traceability, and updated inventory spreadsheets to improve accessibility and daily workflow.

I’m also ready for remote work, with reliable internet (PLDT Fiber 50 Mbps) and a backup hotspot. I use productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, and Microsoft 365, and I’m available with a flexible schedule (including being open to graveyard shift).
