I’m looking for a role where I can support executives and teams with calendar/schedule management, client communications, documentation, invoicing, and organized workflows that help operations run smoothly.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant with hands-on experience managing daily operations and supporting executive leadership. I keep workflows smooth through strong calendar management, communications, and documentation, while staying resourceful and discreet with sensitive information.

In my roles, I managed client schedules and email correspondence, supported customer service, and maintained accurate records. I tracked payments and expenses through Stripe, organized digital files, and provided backend support for virtual courses, product launches, and email campaigns using WordPress.

I also supported financing operations by processing applications, ensuring required documentation was complete and accurate, and keeping client records and agreements organized. From preparing and sending invoices to following up on overdue accounts and managing filing systems, I focus on getting things done efficiently and to the highest standard.
