What I'm looking for
I’m a China-based global People & Organization leader with 19 years of multinational experience spanning insurance services, automotive services, engineering manufacturing, organizational transformation, and leadership development. I’ve led full-spectrum HR across multiple entities and partnered with China CEOs, APAC stakeholders, and global HR teams to deliver business transformation, talent strategy, performance, culture, engagement, and restructuring.
As HR Director of AXA Partners China, I brought strong strategic leadership with hands-on execution—rebuilding executive capabilities, fixing critical hiring challenges, and redesigning performance and incentive systems. I partnered on organization diagnosis and turnaround planning, led crisis management during COVID, and owned people work across business exit and entity closure, including employee communication and layoff execution with no labor arbitration or formal complaints.
After AXA, I founded NatureSense People Development Hub, an independent platform integrating OD, management psychology, nature-based leadership, wellbeing, and experiential learning. I translate corporate HR/OD experience into “from concept to delivery” programs, collaborate with global experts, and design workshop systems that build self-awareness, empathy, team connection, and organizational resilience.
My strongest value is the combination of strategic HR leadership, organization development, change management, and human-centered transformation.
