I am a ServiceNow developer with hands-on experience building ITSM solutions, catalog items, client scripts, business rules, Flow Designer flows, workflows, notifications, reports and dashboards. I have implemented HR offboarding and transfer automations and a leave-tracking system that improved request handling and approvals.
In my current internship at Bitstring IT Services Pvt Ltd I contributed to catalog design, dynamic form behavior via client scripts and UI policies, and automated approvals and notifications to streamline HR and IT processes. I also developed a hostel administration dashboard to monitor student movement and trigger proactive alerts.
I combine technical ServiceNow skills with strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication, and I am focused on delivering user-friendly, automated solutions that increase process efficiency and visibility.
