I am an analytical, customer-focused professional with experience in customer experience analysis, HR administrative support, and volunteer leadership. I use qualitative and quantitative data to improve customer journeys and internal processes.

At Mixta Africa I developed and executed new ideas, conducted research, and mined data to inform strategy, product, communications, and sales. I collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to run workshops, events, and tours that increased brand visibility and supported sales.

Previously I planned and executed marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, conducted market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity, and tracked campaign performance using analytics tools to produce actionable reports. I also supported product launches and promotional activities.

Earlier I assisted with recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, payroll coordination, leave management and attendance tracking, improving HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. I am adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to using data to drive effective customer and business outcomes.
