At Anduril Industries, I support manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory teams by tracking parts through production, resolving inventory inaccuracies, and coordinating workflow to keep delivery on schedule.

Previously at MSI Surfaces, I led building operations for 50+ associates and managers, authored 25+ warehouse SOPs, managed trade-show logistics, and supported board production and sampling for showrooms and external clients nationwide. I improved order accuracy from 68% to 96%, lowered packing errors from 23.3% to 2.7%, and reduced TRIR from 2.9% to 1.7%.

I also established MSI's first hub distribution center from the ground up, recruiting and training 100+ employees, building department layouts, and implementing inventory systems and safety processes aligned with OSHA standards.

At Dollar Tree Distribution, I directed outbound operations in a 1.2 million-square-foot facility handling $1 million in daily shipping volume and more than 700,000 cartons weekly. I improved safety, reduced turnover, and helped earn the 2022 Most Improved DC award.
