At GEODIS I oversee Inventory, Outbound, Inbound, and Value Add Services, manage P&L responsibilities, and partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to exceed service level agreements. I champion LEAN practices, developed cross-training matrices, and led initiatives that improved inventory accuracy from 96.16% to 99.99% and dramatically reduced defect and error metrics.

Previously I managed operations and transitions at Echo Engineering, implemented a new WMS/ERP, controlled multimillion-dollar inventory, and supported executive leadership as an executive assistant.
