Designed an obsolescence tracking tool, achieving a 50% reduction in material write-offs, and maintained inventory levels well below targeted levels.

Led engineering, systems, and operations projects across the enterprise, consistently meeting budget and objectives. Constructed and launched a 120K sq. ft. materials center, managing capital equipment procurement and installation, and served as the corporate business owner for the Enterprise Materials System.
