What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service or sales role where I can build trust, resolve customer concerns professionally, support retention, and contribute to revenue growth.

I've supported customers and driven sales across insurance, retail, and real estate. At Assurity Life Insurance, I generated and qualified leads, maintained life insurance licensing compliance, and stayed current on products and industry trends.

At Goodness Supermarket and Greenland Real Estate Company, I handled high-volume customer interactions, resolved concerns, maintained service records, negotiated terms, and exceeded sales targets through prospecting and follow-up.
