Previously, I supported Human Resources activities at Reddington Multi-Specialist Hospital, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and patient support. At Vitabiotics Pharmaceuticals, I carried out drug quality-control tests, contributed to drug-development research, monitored microbial safety, and helped maintain a hazard-free environment.

I'm motivated by safe, person-centered care and bring patient communication, empathy, critical thinking, attention to detail, and customer service to multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
