What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build my career in customer support, virtual assistance, or administrative support, where I can use empathetic problem-solving, record-keeping, communication, and growing remote-work skills.

I've supported patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals at Highness Care Specialist Hospital, helping keep patient care and administrative tasks running smoothly.

I handle inquiries with empathy and discretion, maintain accurate confidential records, and stay attentive in fast-paced clinical environments.

At City Park Mall and Jendol Supermarket, I've resolved customer complaints, managed calls and emails, guided product selection, and supported organized front-desk and store operations.

I'm building my career in customer support, virtual assistance, and administrative support while completing a B.Sc. in Animal Anatomy at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
