What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote or Australia-based hybrid role with APAC-hours coverage where I can apply high-volume written support, process improvement and bilingual Japanese-English communication while growing into KYC, AML and compliance.

At Easygo (Stake.com), I handled 100–400 daily live-chat and email customer touchpoints in a regulated iGaming and payments environment, sustaining a 95%+ QA score while meeting SLAs. I worked with Payments, Risk, KYC, Sportsbook and CRM teams on disputed transactions, withdrawal holds, failed deposits and account restrictions.

I turn recurring frontline issues into practical fixes: a payment-error workflow I designed with Payments and Risk reduced ticket resolution time by 25%, and I delivered 10+ Voice-of-Customer insights alongside playbooks and SOPs. I also bring remote commercial, sales, retention and operations experience, native Japanese and fluent English, and I’m building toward KYC, AML and compliance work.
