What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success role in technology or fintech where I can use quality analysis, customer communication, coaching, and operational insights to improve customer outcomes.

I've spent seven years at Teleperformance India improving quality across high-volume technology operations, reviewing 500–750 cases daily for accuracy, consistency, and process compliance.

I identified performance gaps, coached team members on product and policy updates, and coordinated quality oversight across workgroups of 15+ people per product line. Using Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, proprietary quality platforms, and structured reporting, I turned quality and account trends into clear insights for management.

I'm now building Australian customer-facing experience as a Fuel Station Attendant at United Petroleum, where I support customers in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and service standards. I'm interested in bringing my customer support, quality, and operations background to customer success roles in technology or fintech.
