At IHOUZZTECHNOLOGYJSC, I managed delivery of iHouzzApp, consolidating property inventory and listings with team management, affiliate commissions, and digital-contract capabilities into an app-based product for potential SaaS deployment to subsidiaries.
I also coordinated DXAgent / DX Care enhancements for sales and post-sale customer journeys. For the first phase of The Privé real-estate project, I delivered sales and customer-care functionality alongside business-process updates and supporting workflows.
Earlier at IHOUZZTECHNOLOGYJSC, I designed and rolled out Lark-based workflows for franchised secondary real-estate businesses, covering operations such as inventory, transactions, commissions, and sales policies. I also supported development of a dedicated secondary-property inventory application and implemented digital-contract workflows using Lark and n8n.
My work has also included building Metabase reporting and ETL pipelines for PropInsight, supporting DX Building production use at Opal Skyline, and operating ERP and database environments. At THINKNEXTCO.,LTD, I managed Linux/LEMP production environments and supported ERP-related projects, including QAD configuration and custom reporting.
