I'm looking to apply my business analysis and product delivery experience to AI-driven workflow automation, analytics platforms, and data-centric product initiatives.

I've translated complex logistics and telecom needs into SaaS, ERP, workflow, and integration solutions for CyberLogitec Vietnam, FPT Software Vietnam, and INFODATION Vietnam.

At CyberLogitec, I redesigned CHORUS facility-management workflows for Ocean Network Express, refined requirements and backlogs, and delivered milestones fully on schedule. I also supported CARIS accounting-module discovery, ERP configuration proposals, UAT, and analytics dashboard delivery for logistics forwarders.

At FPT Software, I helped transform ComfortDelGro's ride-hailing platform across passenger, driver, loyalty, OpenAPI, and IVR/SMS products. I clarified payment and vendor integrations, built data-driven roadmaps, and helped reduce integration errors by 40%.

Previously at INFODATION, I led analysis and backlog delivery for GRIDSZ telecom products across the Netherlands and Belgium, including REST and GraphQL integrations and 23 datasets released on time.
