What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure or support role where I can troubleshoot systems and networks, contribute to server and virtualisation projects, build my cybersecurity knowledge, and take part in role-related training.

I've supported 200+ users at Micro Technology Solution across Windows, Linux, and macOS, resolving infrastructure, access, and communication issues involving Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.

I build and maintain production servers, virtualisation platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Proxmox, and Veeam backup and disaster recovery solutions. I also use scripting to automate administrative work, apply security patches, and support infrastructure upgrades.

At Allopex LTD, I provide first-line support for Windows hardware, software, network, LAN, WAN, and VPN issues while managing tickets and SLA targets. I enjoy building home labs, testing self-hosted services, and keeping up with cybersecurity and infrastructure technology.
