At DigiToolbox Ltd, I’m the escalation point for 100+ customers and supervise and mentor the support team while staying hands-on with infrastructure. I maintain Microsoft 365 environments, deploy Hyper-V and Proxmox hosts, and run a multi-tenant VitalPBX platform with 50+ customer tenants and 300+ extensions.
I also built a Django web application that pulls billing data from seven supplier APIs, cutting a two-day monthly task to under an hour. After recently relocating to Ashington to be closer to family, I’m looking for an infrastructure, systems, or senior support role in the North East.
