I’m a Senior Remote Customer Support Specialist with 10+ years of experience delivering exceptional chat and email support for a Canadian custom apparel brand. I’m known for managing complex client requests and resolving logistics issues in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

In my current role (Customer Support via E-mail), I filter and sort incoming customer emails to identify clients who want to build a custom apparel order from the ground up. I bridge the gap between clients and the design team, managing proofing and revisions until clients are fully satisfied.

I also audit technical specs like sizing templates and finalize logistics—addresses and courier choices—to ensure flawless delivery. I bring strong problem solving, effective communication, and strategic planning to every end-to-end order workflow.
