I’m a native Indonesian professional with 10+ years of remote, client-facing experience delivering high-accuracy language and quality-control support for international companies, including Lionbridge, Gengo (Tokyo), and NVIDIA. I’m comfortable working independently across time zones with distributed, multicultural teams, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality under review.

I also bring a decade of daily customer service from running my own independent retail business, handling inquiries, order requests, and issue resolution. My work blends direct customer communication with detailed review processes—grading translator submissions, providing structured feedback, proofreading and cross-checking localization content, and testing product features for consistency.
