I’m a results-driven business executive (COO / Sales Director) with 9+ years of experience driving growth across IT outsourced web and game development, UX/UI design, iGaming, and Affiliate Marketing.

I build cross-functional sales and operational teams from the ground up—establishing outbound B2B and inbound B2C pipelines, and scaling revenue. I bring deep expertise in global market expansion (T1–T3), complex deal closing, and high-ROI digital and influence marketing.

At RoiUP, I architected company-wide operational workflows and sales structures from scratch, scaling net profits from 0$ to over $300k/month across multiple parallel projects. I also led subscription/product management, optimized LTV, churn rate, and ARPU, ran end-to-end funnels, and launched 5 high-scale influencer marketing campaigns with an average ROI of over 700% for EdTech and Crypto industries.

I’ve also partnered on business exit and M&A support, preparing operational metrics, sales data, and financial reporting for due diligence. Previously, at Traffic-Master I managed full-cycle B2C sales and B2B traffic-management services, helped drive high-performance conversion, and the team grew from 8 sales managers to 110.
