Dynamic HR Specialist with 8 years' experience in Recruitment and Placement.

United States

I am a dynamic HR Specialist with over 8 years of experience in Recruitment and Placement for the US Government. I have conducted multiple Human Resources activities from Recruitment through Coding, and I have achieved measurable results while leading teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. My comprehensive background in training and leading personnel in construction equipment repair has allowed me to manage risk and protect assets valued over $20M. I have real-world, hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in HR practices, quality control, operations management, team leadership, process improvement, training and development, regulatory compliance, and organization/communication. I have utilized analytical methods to identify and evaluate appropriate HR solutions, and I have researched and determined the appropriate appointments and verification of proper HR concepts, principles, laws, regulations, and practices. I am skilled in utilizing automated programs for conducting searches, verifying employment, and answering employment inquiries.

In my current role as an HR Specialist (Recruitment and Placement) at Civilian Human Resources Administration (CHRA), I utilize a wide range of HR practices, regulations, and precedents to complete all HR Recruitment actions from start to finish. I manage and maintain full visibility over all Requests for Personnel Action (RPA's) and aid in all stages of the recruitment process. I am experienced in initiating vacancy announcements, creating Specialized Experience, and producing referral lists. I also monitor, manage, code, and submit Requests for Personnel Action (RPA's) to the processing branch. I apply HR methods, principles, and evaluate methods to advise on and resolve moderately complex problems.
