I am an experienced human resources professional with a proven record managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across multiple locations. I led HR operations for Air Force Service Human Resources Headquarters, overseeing recruitment, hiring, pre-employment, compliance, and employee relations for ten out-of-state businesses.

I acted as a subject matter expert for policy compliance, investigations, performance management, and appeals, ensuring fair and legally sound resolutions. I trained and developed new HR staff and created continuity materials used across multiple sites.
